The FOILBOSS® is easy to use.  Just dial in the short pull distance, the number of pulls for that distance then repeat the process for the long pull.  The long and short pull sequencing can be set on each channel.  No more need to tie up two channels.

Systems are available from one to four channels standard.  Special configurations and higher power motor/driver combinations are also available.

With the addition of Total Register's SEAMSKIPPER® feature, seam lines in "rainbow" ad diffraction foils never show on the final product.

The standard Total Register mark sensor is used to detect the small gap at the seam, and make the first stamping adjacent to it.  the software calculates how many stampings will fit between the seam lines and after stamping that number, it will skip-over the seam and repeat the process.

The SEAMSKIPPER® is an addition to the registered hologram version of the FOILBOSS® foil drive system.  The standard hologram and the fiber optic modes of operation are unaffected.
